This simple but very effective motion sensor allows you to have the alarm noise with the care person, and not with the patient or person you are trying to monitor.
Place the motion sensor at the side of the bed or across a doorway. As soon as your patient crosses the zone of the motion sensor, a silent, wireless alert is sent to your pager. The pager can be clipped to your belt, placed in your pocket or, using the stand built into the pager, you can stand it on a bedside table or counter top.
Please note: This type of product is not a substitute for full time supervision and monitoring of your loved one or patient, but are designed to augment the personal supervision by a care person. BED PROTECTOR DETAILS: Package also INCLUDES: Two disposable, absorbent bed underpads, 60 x 90cm.
The Motion Sensor and Pager is a wonderful product for monitoring when someone is getting out of bed or chair. Or perhaps attempting to leave a room or go through a doorway. The alert will sound immediately on the pager, which can be worn by the care person up to 150 feet from the motion sensor. The Motion Sensor can be mounted to the wall or floor, or simply placed on a surface using the built-in stand. Pager has two tone options, ONE REPEATS JUST TWICE,THE OTHER IS A CONTINUOUS ALERT. There is also an on/off button. It will sound the alert that the person you are monitoring is trying to get out of bed without help, or perhaps trying to stand from their chair or crossing a doorway or exit, and you need to assist them. Perhaps they are going into the bathroom without your help. Either situation can be made safer by using the Motion Sensor and Pager System.
